We have been working with the French money market community for more than a year now on an ambitious project: the creation of a platform for the negotiation and issuance of debt products. Our objective and vision have always been the same: to bring more efficiency and transparency to these markets without disrupting the habits of its players. Security, liquidity and the maintenance of human and commercial relations are our priorities.
The platform we are opening today is for all those who trade NEU CPs and NEU MTNs in all currencies.
Procedure
We are working on the onboarding of all the players in the issuer – intermediary block. Issuers, dealers and brokers can therefore start the installation process with us: Acceptance of installation conditions, account creation, integration into information systems. The platform has been designed to make these processes as simple as possible. However, as each company is moving at its own speed, we will keep each registrant informed of new entrants. As long as the number of users is not sufficient for optimal use, the platform is of course free.

What happens next ?
We will continue to develop new functionalities for the platform, focusing on those you will bring us back during your use. Then, we would like to add new debt products, starting with other European commercial papers, to offer you the most complete service possible and in perfect adequacy with your business needs.
